Tongkat-Ali is one of nature's testosterone and health boosting powerhouses. Studies have shown that this Indonesian herb helps to naturally increase muscle mass, strength and sexual performance while reducing belly fat and stress. Research has also demonstrated that Tongkat possesses powerful antioxidant activity that helps to fight cancer, inflammation and disease.
Increases in testosterone are associated with increased lean muscle mass, strength and fat loss. Unlike other substances used to boost testosterone, Tongkat Ali is 100% natural and contains no testosterone whatsoever. Tongkat Ali simply stimulates testosterone production within the body and as a result has been shown by studies to significantly increase lean muscle mass, strength, fat loss and libido. How will this affect your mood? Research also shows that Tongkat Ali reduces the stress hormone cortisol and increases the user’s sense of wellbeing.
The only Tongkat Ali we sell is guaranteed to be at least 10 years old, and is of the highest quality produced from Indonesian Mature Root Extract at a ratio of 200 – 1.
There is misconception out there that Tongkat Ali extract has to be a certain colour in order to be authentic 200:1. Some claim that it has to be a dark brown while others claim that it has to be light brown – surprisingly, those making exclusive claims can usually be found selling one or the other. Well, we’re sorry to rock the boat here, but they’re both wrong. The colour of real Tongkat Ali extract can vary depending on many parameters within the extraction process. Its final colour can end up anywhere between white, yellow, tan, brown and black. Throw in the fact that many companies can change their extract to any colour they wish, and you can begin to understand just how unreliable colour is when trying to identify authentic Tongkat Ali 200:1 extract.
While it is true that traditional Indonesian Tongkat Ali manufacturers usually produce darker brown powders, it isn’t true that these are a better quality than their lighter coloured counterparts. Traditional extraction methods are usually carried out over many hours at very high heats. In most cases, the darker colour is simply an indication that the Tongkat Ali has been subjected to increased oxidative damage. Modern extraction methods can complete this process in much less time producing a clearer light brown powder. So as you can see, in this instance the traditional methods aren’t always the most efficient.
Now, we won’t be drawn into commenting or rubbishing anyone else’s product. All that we can do is assure you of the quality of our own whilst hoping others conduct their business with honesty and integrity. We can assure you that our Tongkat Ali is imported from Indonesia, guaranteed to be at least 10 years old and manufactured in the EU using advanced extraction methods. We wholeheartedly believe in the authenticity and quality of our light brown Tongkat Ali 200:1 pure root extract.
There have been some concerns raised regarding testosterone enhancing products and cardiovascular health. Reports have surfaced suggesting that testosterone therapy could increase the risk of older men having a heart attack. As previously mentioned, Tongkat Ali is 100% natural and contains no testosterone whatsoever. It is simply a herb that stimulates the body to increase testosterone production and as a result, experts strongly believe that it carries no additional risk of cardiac events. However, we cannot say the same about many of the other testosterone boosting concoctions on the market.
